摘  要：Stein’s restriction conjecture is one of the model problems in Fourier analysis. In this talk, I will discuss a recent improvement in the three-dimensional problem. The main ingredients of our proof are polynomial partitioning, the refined decoupling theorem, and some Kakeya-type estimates. This is joint work with Hong Wang.
