  要:Tensor Network States algorithms have achieved great progress in various areas including statistics, quantum many-body physics or condensed matter physics, quantum information. When applied to quantum problems, it can often advance analytic understanding, or allow efficient numerical solutions. In this talk, I will show applications of Tensor Network States algorithms in solving problems ranging from unitary quantum systems, open quantum systems, machine learning as well as quantum computing, based on my personal research experiences.

报告人简历:郭楚博士于20179月获得新加坡科技设计大学物理学博士学位,主要研究方向为量子多体物理、开放量子系统以及量子机器学习。郭楚博士是张量网络算法方面的专家,曾独立开发了整套基于张量网络算法的数值计算工具包,用于求解量子多体物理,量子计算等领域的问题。郭楚博士已在美国物理评论期刊上发表论文20篇。
