摘 要：A century ago, Camille Jordan proved that the complex general linear group GL(n,C) has the Jordan property: there is a Jordan constant J(n) such that every finite subgroup H<GL(n,C) has an abelian subgroup H1 of index [H:H1]<J(n). In this talk, I'll survey the background and recent progress of the Jordan property on automorphism and birational automorphism groups of projective varieties.

摘 要：In this talk, I'll show the Jordan property for the automorphism group of any compact complex space in Fujiki's class. This is a recent joint work with Fabio Perroni and De-Qi Zhang.
