摘  要：Stein's square function has a wide variety of other applications to problems in harmonic analysis and PDE. In this talk, I will discuss some recent improvements on the L^p estimate for Stein's square function, along with some improvements on the local smoothing type estimate for fractional Schrodinger equations. This talk is based on joint works with Shengwen Gan and Changkeun Oh.
