摘  要：Expander problems have received many attentions in different areas of mathematics. In this talk, I will give a brief overview of the problem, and discuss some recent developments over locally compact groups. We will mainly consider two types of problems during the talk: descriptions of subsets of groups with small expansions, and obtaining minimal possible expansion rate of Lie groups.
