Abstract: Geometric Satake correspondence provides a uniform way to construct all irreducible representations of reductive groups. It also gives rise to bases for representations and the spaces of their tensor invariants. Saturation problems concern about the saturation properties of tensor invariants. This problem has certain combinatorial nature. I will explain how geometric Satake correspondence can be applied to Saturation problems.
