摘要：
We will mainly talk about two problems on representation theory and harmonic analysis.
1 :Branching problem and Duflo’s conjecture.
2 :Lie algebra homology of Schwartz spaces and comparison conjecture.
But for the sake of “ Non-expert ”,before we go into details about the above topics, we will first try to present a “basic framework”and some “global pictures”of representation theory and harmonic analysis of Lie groups.
