摘 要：Let X be a projective scheme over a commutative ring. Let F be a subset of X with some mild finiteness conditions. We show that there is a hypersurface in X which does not meet F. We will give various applications of this statement, especially a moving lemma for horizontal curves in a regular projective scheme over the ring of integers.
