Abstract:
In this talk I'll present a sharp condition on the existence of boundary blow-up solutions to the Monge-Ampere equation. I'll also explain why some existing "sufficient conditions" are actually not sufficient, and show how to correct them. The talk is based on a recent joint work with Dr Xuemei Zhang.
