  要:The classical result states that the 3D incompressible Navier-Stokes equations with the hyperdissipation $(-\Delta)^\alpha$ for $\alpha\ge 5/4$ always have a global classical solution. T. Tao further reduces this hyperdissipation by a logarithm. This lecture presents a recent work that proves the global existence and uniqueness of $H^1$ solutions for the 3D Navier-Stokes equations with only partial hyperdissipation. A global regularity result for the 3D Boussinesq equations with partial hyperdissipation will also be presented.
