题 目：Isotriviality of smooth families of varieties of general type

摘 要：Isotrivality of a family of algebraic varieties roughly means that all the fibers of the family are “almost” the same. I will talk about its relation with many big conjectures both from algebraic and analytic perspectives, for instance Iitaka conjecture, Viehweg’s hyperbolicity conjecture, Isotriviality conjecture of Campana and Green-Griffith-Lang conjecture. Then I will talk about isotriviality of smooth families of general type varieties. As a result, I will prove the generalized Kebekus-Kovacs conjecture for smooth families of general type varieties, which is a natural generalization of Viehweg’s hyperbolicity conjecture. This talk is based on the work joint with Chuanhao Wei.
