摘 要：Automatic sequences appear naturally in the study of various domains of mathematics and theoretical computer science. I will give an introduction to automatic sequences, including in particular their links with transcendence and Diophantine analysis, arithmetic in positive characteristic, power series, combinatorics of words and logic.
