摘 要：In the seminal work, Beilinson-Lusztig-MacPherson gave a beatiful realization for quantum gl_n via a geometric setting of quantum Schur algebras. In particular, they gave a geometric construction of canonical basis for the integral form of modified quantum $gl_n$. There have been some generalizations of the BLM type construction to the affine type A case by Ginzburg-Vasserot and Lusztig. In this talk, we will give a survey of some developments about BLM type construction of quantum affine gl_n and related topics.
