  要:In this talk, we investigate the problem of classification of solutions for the steady Navier-Stokes equations over the entire plane. When the solutions are of separated variables in the polar coordinates, we give all their expressions and show that they must be polynomials. As a byproduct we prove a sharp Liouville-type theorem for this kind of solutions. This is a joint work with Professor Wendong Wang.
