摘 要：I will present a recent work on combining the relative entropy method by Jabin and Wang and the regularized $L^2$ -estimate by Oeschläger to give a rigorous derivation of viscous porous medium equation from moderately interacting particle system in the sense of strong $L^1$ norm. The key step is to obtain a well-posedness result for the corresponding nonlocal PDE. This is a joint work with A. Holzinger and X. Huo.
