摘  要：In this talk, we discuss several results on the existence of the time-periodic solutions for the Dirichlet problem of the nonlinear wave equation on the n-dimensional ball. The strongly indefinite nature creates considerable difficulties in solving such a problem. Our method is based on critical point theory and the spectral properties of the radial wave operator on the ball. This is joint work with Kui Li and Zhitao Zhang.

摘  要：We study positive solutions with an isolated singularity to a class of weighted elliptic equations in B_1\ {0} and in R^N\ {0}. First, in B_1\ {0} we present new results on the asymptotic behavior at the singular point for positive solutions. Then in R^N\ {0}, we prove radially symmetric properties for positive singular solutions, and give a complete classification for these solutions.
