摘 要：It is well known that a surface of general type with positive second Segre number has
big cotangent bundle. In this talk, I will talk about how to construct infinitely many surfaces of
general type with negative second Segre number and big cotangent bundle by using the surface
fibration technique. We also show in one example that the ratio of Chern numbers of the
corresponding orbifolds approximate 2.98 which is quite close to 3. This based on joint work
in progress with Xin Lv.
