摘  要：In this talk, we survey some of our results which concern transformations of structures 

of different kinds on the positive definite cones of C*-algebras. We will present precise

 descriptions of certain algebraic isomorphisms, maps preserving operator means, surjective 

isometries, etc. It will turn out that all those transformations of the positive definite cones are

 closely connected to the so-called C*-isomorphisms (or, in other words, Jordan *-isomorphisms)

 of the underlying full algebras.
