Title:Sharp boundary regularity properties in hypoelliptic kinetic equations

Abstract:The boundary regularization effect in hypoelliptic kinetic equations is intrinsically limited by the transport structure. We will discuss recent results on boundary regularity for Fokker-Planck-Landau-type kinetic models, highlighting sharp smoothness properties of solutions up to the boundary in several settings.
