Abstract: This talk is concerned with normalized ground states of a coupled Schrodinger system with potentials. More precisely, we focus on two cases: one involving Sobolev-critical nonlinearity with a Hardy potential, and the other involving mass-supercritical but Sobolev-subcritical nonlinearity with a general potential. We establish the existence, symmetry, and asymptotic behavior of these normalized ground states. The novelty lies in the introduction of a new functional that allows us to work directly with minimizing sequences, rather than with Palais–Smale sequences. These are my recent joint works with Dr. Chonghao Deng and Prof. Zhitao Zhang.
