Title: Langlands duality between weights and stratifications

Abstract: Langlands duality is often formulated as equivalences between two categories of sheaves or representations. Its most basic form is the geometric Satake equivalence, where weights of a representation correspond to orbits in the affine Grassmannian. In this talk, I will propose a conjectural general picture for other versions of Langlands duality, where semiorthogonal decompositions by weights constructed in a joint work with Tudor Pădurariu and Yukinobu Toda correspond to stratifications on the Langlands dual side, and I will speculate on what the stratifications are in several examples.
