projective varieties

Abstract：In this talk, we introduce, for an effective Cartier divisor D on a normal projective variety X, the notion of its Nevanlinna constant, denoted by Neva(D). We then prove a defect relation for any Zariski-dense holomorphic mapping f : CX. It gives a considerable extension of my previous result about the  defect relation for Zariski-dense holomorphic mapping f : CX intersecting D=D1+···+Dq, where Dj are assumed to be linearly equivalent. New defect relations for holomorphic mapping f : CX intersecting divisors D1,..., Dq, where D1,..., Dq are not necessarily linearly equivalent, are also derived from the Main result.
