摘  要：Hamilton’s Ricci flow is a fundamental tool in the study of geometric analysis. Perelman discovered that the Ricci flow is the gradient flow of his famous functionals. In this talk, via Li-Yau type heat kernel estimate, I will discuss how to localize Pereman’s functionals, with which we study the topology of collapsing and non-collapsingmanifolds. This talk is partially based on the joint work with Shaosai Huang.
