Abstract :The purpose of this talk is to explain how anitropy appears in incompressible viscous fluid. Starting from the example of boundary layers in rotating fluids, we explain how to apply the idea of measuring the regularity differently in different directions. These technics allow to prove interesting results concerning the incompresible Navier-Stokes equations.
