摘  要：In this talk, we discuss the long time behavior of rotational water waves. First, we show that in the rotational case, the Taylor sign could break down, which leads to the illposedness of the water waves in Sobolev spaces. Then we show that there exists a large class of nontrivial rotational solutions to the water wave equations such that if they are smooth and small initially, then they remain so for a long time.
