摘  要：Foliations with smooth leaves and Holder transverse regularity emerge naturally in the study of smooth hyperbolic dynamical systems. We will explain how these objects are related to showing exponential mixing of 3D Anosov flows, and providing a suitable condition needed for certain measure classification of 3D Anosov diffeomorphism by Asaf Katz. Based on joint work with Tsujii, and joint work in progress with Eskin and Potrie (and related work with Avila, Crovisier and Wilkinson as well).
