摘  要：we will report a new program on surgeries of derived algebraic varieties/stacks. The derived projectivization and flag varieties was already introduced in a series of lectures by Qingyuan Jiang. We will discuss another kind of surgery, i.e. the derived blow-ups. Particularly we will discuss a generalized vanishing theorem for quasi-smooth schemes/stacks and show the relation with birational geometry, enumerative geometry, derived algebraic geometry and geometric representation theory.
