International Open Chinese-Russian Conference -- Torus Actions: Topology, Geometry and Number

This conference will focus on the recent progress in the study of torus group actions on manifolds and related fields. The talks will cover the following topics :
l Topology and dynamic system of infra-nilmanifolds
l Geometry of G/T and Schubert calculus
l Cohomology theory of Lie groups
l Universal toric genus, its related Hirzebruch genera and their Z/2-analogues.
l Cobordism invariants of finite group and torus actions on manifolds, and related number-theoretical question.
l Combinatorics and topology of moment-angle complexes arising from simplicial posets.
