Abstarct: We consider the unique problem of the Boltzmann equations around the equilibrium (Maxellian) under the cut-off collision term.  According to Ukai-Yang, the solution around the Maxwellian can be formulated as the solution of integral equation by using the linearized generator of the Boltzmann equation. We show the uniqueness of the solution which may obtained by the formulation of integral equations by Ukai-Yang in a critical Besov spaces. New idea to show the uniqueness is to employ maximal regularity for the linearized Boltzmann equation and shows the uniqueness of the mild solution in the critical inhomogeneous Besov space.
