摘  要：In the appendix of his 2002 Astérisque article, Faltings sketched a proof of a relative version of his main comparison theorem in p-adic Hodge theory. I will report on a key ingredient of this proof describing the local structure of certain almost-étale phi-modules which is interesting in itself (joint work with Michel Gros).
