  要:In this talk we review some interesting aspects of Hawking evaporation. We will touch upon various topics including the "quantum atmosphere" of a black hole (i.e. where do most Hawking particles originate from?), the Stefan-Boltzmann law model of Hawking evaporation, and the late time physics of evaporating black holes (Page time, firewall, remnant and so on). We will also look into the evaporation of charged black holes (which makes interesting connection with the weak cosmic censorship conjecture) and rotating black holes, as well as black holes in asymptotically locally anti-de Sitter spacetimes, all of which have surprising features.
