Geometry of the Ricci flow singularity models

要:The Ricci flow is a powerful tool in geometry to construct the canonical metric on a given manifold. It can be viewed as a nonlinear heat flow of the Riemannian metric and may develop finite time singularity. Hence it is of great importance to understand the singularity formation of the flow. In this talk, we will cover the asymptotic behavior at infinity and curvature estimates of non-collapsed ancient solutions to the Ricci flow, which arise prototypically as a blow up limit of the flow at singular time. This talk is based on joint works with Bennett Chow, Zilu Ma, Yongjia Zhang and Bo Zhu.
