摘  要：The theory of total positivity in reductive groups was developed by Lusztig in 1994, and has been studied extensively since then. In the first part of this talk, I will explain the connection between total positivity and unipotent conjugacy classes. In the second part of this talk, I will introduce the notion of total positivity on matroid Schubert varieties, and explain how it is related to unipotent subgroups.
